Ultra Pro Web Sites
For some time now, I’ve been dreaming and scheming towards my very own web site package that would address the needs of small to medium-sized businesses.
The package that I finally came up with was the result of noticing how so many websites are weighed down by bells-and-whistles that do nothing other than add additional time and expense to the web site development process, distract site visitors from where you want them to go, and end up getting broken or neglected by the (understandably) confused web site owner.

What I Learned About WordPress Last Week #1
May 2nd , 2010

Inspired by the supa-talented Portland-based designer Deb Pang Davis‘s recent blog post What I Learned this Week #19 2010, I’ve decided to follow suit with my own list of things I learned, last week, but just about WordPress (otherwise we’d be here all month, as I obviously know very little and each week is a completely new adventure in all areas of my life).

Welcome to My New Website!
November 1st , 2009
Hey there everyone! Wow, it’s my first blog post on the long-awaited (by me, at least) OFFICIAL Magnetic Webworks website!
You see, for the longest time, I had this silly old site I called my “online business card” since I was (thank heavens) too busy with my clients to create a proper online home for myself. You can see that old site here if you care to.
Thankfully, I have been blessed with even more clients than when I started, but over the past couple of months I’ve been putting in as much time as I could between projects to complete this site, which hopefully gives a good picture of what I do, and embodies the passion I have for what I do.
Of course, like all websites, this one is a work in progress. And that’s the beauty of doing things online.
I will get “all Zen” on everyone for a moment and remind them that just like nothing in this world is exempt from change, a website needs to be a living and breathing organism constantly changing to reflect all of the changes going on in one’s business as well as one’s view of the world. In fact, one of my favorite bloggers, Johnny B. Truant writes a great article about this very topic.
